1. Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.

Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as perishable goods (like pet food and treats), sale items, and gift cards, cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • If your return is not approved, our team will contact you with further information.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or if you received a defective item, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to ensure a swift and easy exchange.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or providing a refund as needed.
